Warranty Policy

All warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the product you are purchasing.
Prior to returning any product for warranty please contact warranty@distribucom.com
Products may be exchanged at time of return for the same item if Distribucom deems fit.  Additional shipping charges may apply. 
Please send all warranty returns (freight prepaid) to:

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.
We will not refund return shipping charges.

Returns Policy

Distribucom wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our Returns Policy is simple: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened product within 30 days of receipt.
All items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item. If your order arrives damaged please do NOT accept it from the shipping company. Shipping damages are the responsibility of the carrier.

Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we will not refund return shipping charges.
All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
